We are looking for talented and motivated Project Manager Interns to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing strategic projects aimed at tackling global challenges. You will be involved in planning, coordinating, and supporting innovative initiatives in areas such as Climate Financing, Carbon Trading, and data-driven optimization. This opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience in project management, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, supporting the planning, initiation, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Help analyze client requirements, ensuring that project goals align with user needs and the software product meets the necessary specifications.
Collaborate with the product, development, and design teams to help define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth project execution.
Support the management of software development and integration, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical design, business requirements, and user expectations.
Assist in identifying potential project risks and help develop strategies to mitigate challenges, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
Help organize and facilitate project meetings, such as sprint planning, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Maintain communication with the internal development and QA teams, supporting them in implementing requirements and assisting in the testing process to ensure quality product releases.
Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools, providing regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in business, project management, computer science, or a related field.
A strong interest in project management, with a desire to learn about software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions proactively.
