Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the design research team to conduct in-depth user studies and uncover insights
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform the design strategy and guide the development of innovative, user-centric solutions
• Work with product managers to understand user needs, define design requirements, and translate them into innovative, user-centric solutions
• Translate user insights into compelling, evidence-based design solutions that prioritize the user experience
• Partner with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration and a cohesive user experience
• Directly contribute to the design of intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing user interfaces
• Champion design best practices, design systems, and guidelines to maintain consistency and scalability
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and design methodologies, and share insights with the broader team
• Assist in presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, helping to secure buy-in for key initiatives
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
• Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools and techniques
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs
• Bachelor's degree in interaction design, visual design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
