About The Opportunity
The primary goal of the Inside Account Manager is to retain existing accounts and grow revenue within those accounts. This involves identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that align with the client’s need. IAM often provide on-going support to clients, addressing any issue or concern they may have, and ensuring timely resolution.
Key duties & responsibilities:
• Client success
Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs, delivering resolutions professionally and consistently support all efforts to enhance the customer experience with FCM. They act as advocates for their clients within the company, coordinating with various departments to meet client’s need.
• Retention and growth
Their primary goal is to retain existing accounts and grow the revenue within those accounts. This involves identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that align with the client’s needs.
• Data analysis and reporting
They create/conduct periodic reports and light version reviews of the client’s travel program to ensure program objectives are met. Provide reporting to clients and interpretation showing expert insights and recommendations.
• Communication
Inside Account Managers must maintain regular and clear communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on products or services. This includes responding promptly to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
• Account management support
Support key and regional teams with reporting, customer requests and project support

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field is ideal
• Proficient with Microsoft tools - Word, Excel & PowerPoint and comfortable with technology for reporting and CRM
