Responsibilities:
• Manage and support to formulate trade marketing strategy in line with the brand strategy.
• Manage new product launch, including pre-campaign planning & post-campaign evaluation.
• Work closely with Brand team and Sales team to ensure brand strategy well executed at trade level, including pricing and promotion, and assist in category management.
• Conduct market research and data analysis, competitor and consumer trend, draw insights and propose business actions.
• Liaise with agency on development of trade POSM, promotional materials in line with the brand strategy.
• Arrange in-store sampling activities including contract & budget management, promoter management, post-evaluation, etc.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
• Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in trade marketing or relevant segment. Experience gained from FMCG industry is a definitely advantage.
• Good presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense.
• Self-motivated, creative, excellent communication skills and good team player.
• Result-oriented and independent.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin and Cantonese.
