Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for expanding Tencent Cloud's international station's Chinese outbound channel partners (resellers/distributors), achieving the assigned key channel expansion tasks and channel sales performance targets;
2. Formulate the overall market plan for outbound channels, align strategic and sales objectives with key channel partners, and develop a clear channel growth business plan;
3. Responsible for building and maintaining good cooperative relationships with different levels of key channels, establishing smooth and efficient communication mechanisms;
4. End-to-end leadership in channel recruitment, channel empowerment, and revenue volume increase, responsible for the quarterly business review and business analysis of key channel partners, implementing corresponding channel management policies, and building a healthy and orderly channel ecosystem;
5. Effectively drive internal resources and ecosystem, promote the resolution of various issues encountered by key channel partners in the sales conversion process, and continuously drive the continuous improvement of the channel system and sales platform.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 8 years of experience in cloud and ICT industry market expansion, with experience in outbound channel development and sales preferred;
2. A deep understanding of the needs and concerns of outbound channels and customers regarding cloud computing, a deep understanding of the channel system and operation mode of the cloud computing market, cloud computing products and solutions, and rich practical experience and successful cases in channel full-link sales conversion;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, good team spirit, strong execution ability, and high pressure resistance;
4. English can be used as a working language, with Tencent Cloud or other mainstream cloud manufacturers' certifications preferred.
