Our client is looking for a driven and skilled Business Development Executive to join their dynamic Direct Sales Team. In this role, you will apply your sales, analytical, and negotiation expertise to acquire new business. You will engage with SMEs and MNCs, offering tailored consultations and presenting solutions that align with their business needs. The position provides an opportunity to interact daily with companies from a range of industries, allowing you to gain valuable insights into how they operate. The role is based in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire sales cycle without the need for new customer prospecting.
• Present business solutions to SMEs that are dissatisfied with their current tools and systems.
• Analyze customer needs, business activities, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct personalized demonstrations that address client-specific requirements.
• Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong awareness of software and new technologies.
• Immediate availability.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
