Description and Requirements

This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. We are looking for innovative thinkers and risk-takers who are passionate about technology and want to improve our audience’s lives in unexpected ways. Start Strong, and Lead Early. • Land and accelerate strategic imperatives for aligned directions, including designing business plans and partnering with various business teams to execute.
• Strategic planning and project management: Plan and track project timelines and milestones; Regularly communicate & report to project lead, key stakeholders, and management team; Effectively co-work with project team members to achieve goals.
• Provide analysis and insights through structural methodologies by leveraging both internal and external resources.
• Other ad-hoc projects to support the management team.
• Bachelor's degree or above with graduation between September 2024 and August 2025
• Good strategic view and a practical & result-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical and financial abilities to work on business issues.

4.Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong PPT, presentation and communication skills.
• Major in Business, Communication, PR is preferred.
• Rich intern experience in High tech, consulting firm, 4A, global company is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
