You will be employed under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL), PMI’s affiliate in Hong Kong. As a key player in our digital transformation journey, the Digital Specialist bridges the gap between technology and business.
Your ‘day to day’:
• Owner of both internal and external business solutions, ensure cross functional team members' engagement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborates with others to understand requirements, provide insights on digital and solutions enhancements, and act as the primary liaison with external agencies and the IT team.
• Identify opportunities and challenges, driving adoption and defining actionable plans on driving digitalization.
• Handle multiple business solutions and digital platforms supporting e-commerce, engagement, and operational processes by cross-functional collaboration with the commercial team, IT team, and digital / IT vendors. Key tasks involve identifying user requirements, proposing solutions, and overseeing platform maintenance, enhancements, and development.
• Accountable to and assist Manager Digital & Customer Care identifying business and operational opportunities across omni-channel platforms and assessing potential solutions to achieve strategic business objectives
• Engage actively in digital & IT projects, ensuring timely completion of individual goals. Collaborate with Project Leaders and team members to maintain project timeline, optimize efficiency, and achieve goals.
• Analyse usage and performance reports of the platforms to identify adoption and retention strategies based on the results.
• Responsible for leading and improving reports in PowerBI for internal reporting, operational purposes and develop new reports based on user requirements.
• Build training materials, user guides, and reference videos to facilitate the implementation and adoption of digital platforms during user onboarding and improvement plans deployment.
• Implement and verify that business & digital solutions are aligned with company policies and legal standards.
Who we’re looking for:
• University Graduates in Business Management or Information Technology related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in Business Solutions, Information Technology or Project Management related fields
• Ability to align digital strategies with overall business goals with strong business insight
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and user-centered design
• Ability to quickly adapt to new information and apply it effectively with high learning agility
• Familiarity with project management or product management roles
• Familiarity with Salesforce & PowerBI is a Plus
