Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including PO validation, order entry in SBO, and placement with vendors
• Generate and issue invoices, create dummy delivery notes, and follow up on payments
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and vendor systems
• Liaise with resellers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and report on order status, inventory levels, and key operational metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order management
Requirements:
• Tertiary education with 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in IT, SaaS or software distribution
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, and strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of B2B order processing, inventory management, and accounts receivable procedures, with knowledge of SaaS licensing models a plus
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, with strong ethical standards and adaptability to learn new systems quickly
