Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Assist supervisor to monitor internal operations procedures in strict compliance with Company’s guidelines and policies.
• Maintain client account information and settlement instructions, counterparty information and securities information for both front and back office systems.
• Ensure changes to clients set up are completed accurately and timely.
• Validate the completeness of new account opening application documents before inputting into systems.
• Perform regular ‘housekeeping’ exercises to ensure that the system data are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support queries regarding client account status from equity salespersons and clients services.
• Escalate queries to immediate supervisor when required.
Requirements
• University graduated
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the securities/futures industry.
• Robust computer literacy and high numeracy.
• Good inter-personal and communication skill.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
