Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive B2B sales of construction equipment products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B segment of the construction equipment industry, and achieving revenue targets.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and industry partners.
• Stay abreast of market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through superior service delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in B2B sales within the Construction Equipment / Engineering Machinery or any related industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a B2B sales team effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends to make informed strategic decisions.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional B2B service.
• Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
