We are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our dynamic team to maintain strong partnerships with carrier partners and manage the daily sales process, driving mutual growth and business success while aligning with company strategies and objectives.
The Challenge We Pose to You:
• Develop and manage relationships with assigned carrier partners, including regular communication and engagement activities.
• Act as partners’ primary contact to manage the daily sales process and collaborate with relevant sales parties to maximize partnership value through effective partner management and execution of account strategies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships, increase revenue streams, and promote business growth.
• Provide partner enablement & support to ensure partners understand our products/ services and can effectively promote them to their end customers.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide feedback on partners’ new business needs to improve partner success and drive revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, technology, and products to seize new opportunities and adapt to the evolving business landscape.
• Work closely with partners' key parties and internal teams to coordinate the resolution of post-sales issues, such as billing, service changes, fault management, and etc.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and summaries on sales orders, partner performance, and key metrics.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
What You Bring to Us:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT/Telecom industry, preferably with a focus on global markets.
• Proven track record in managing global or regional telco carriers, serving overseas customers, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in selling, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China and overseas as necessary.
• Excellent language skills, high proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must.
• Knowledge of Data Connectivity, Cloud, and Security products is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Account Director
