(Assistant) CSBPO Special Projects Manager

The Department

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Planning (DEM/SM), and under the leadership of Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Planning, the job holder will assist DEM to provide corporate governance and oversight on Special Projects.

The Job
• The job holder will support the DEM/SM to provide close corporate oversight on strategic program progress, including tracking critical milestone and dependencies (and raising of red flags), facilitating cross-division/initiatives linkages, defining and monitoring key milestones/business impact KPIs, to support PMO to ensure focused and effective delivery of results.
• Uphold proper committee protocol governance to enforce project team to periodically report on project content, including scope, business case, timeline (critical paths), etc., and progress along the Capital Project Gateway, to enable effective control and supervision of strategic projects.
• Will assist DEM/SM to identify and manage key strategic linkages between Hong Kong and the Mainland, to ensure coherency of the Club’s corporate strategy across Hong Kong and the Mainland. In key relevant areas, extend that linkage alignment to relevant overseas markets

About You
• Bachelor Degree with strong standing (Second Upper or First Honours), in business, engineering or any disciplines, from top Hong Kong or leading universities worldwide.
• Master Degree in Business Related Discipline, from top leading business schools (if Bachelor degree is not related to business), is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years working experiences in corporate strategic planning experience. Experience in managing large-scale transformations at leading companies with strong Hong Kong (and China exposure) is a plus.
• Track record in strategic consulting and change management with major consulting firms is a plus (such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman etc.)
• Understanding of consumer business drivers and dynamics with relevant Hong Kong and Mainland China market knowledge.
• Strategy and change management project management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
