Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
• Handle communication with customer for assigned projects and other enquiries.
• Coordinate, monitor and control project activities during the project lifecycle between customers and internal parties in GC region.
• Proactive approach and responsibility on optimization of services and processes taking customer’s requirements into consideration and selling new services.
• Deputy of other teammates operations.
• Handling of work according to the quality assurance guidelines and the instructions by team leader or department head.
• Maintain good relationship with customers.
