Role Description:
As a Growth Manager, you will be an integral part of the decision-making process, assume project ownership, and work alongside the founder and advisors on business planning and development to expand revenue and accelerate growth.

Responsibility:
• Business Strategy: Monitor emerging media industry trends, and stay on top of latest competition landscape to form business development direction
• Business Planning: Translate business strategy into actionable plan and achieve demand-side (advertising) revenue goal and supply-side partnership target
• Demand Side Acquisition: Conduct market research to identify applicable advertising clients, understand their needs, and prepare tailored proposal
• Supply Side Acquisition: Acquire new retailers and supply side partners to expand advertising inventory and offerings
• Account Management: Initiate and maintain proactive communication with both new and existing clients, offering education, and securing buy-in for Board Click’s media solution
• Project Management: Oversees project management and coordinate with multi-stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and launch
Requirement:
• Love to hustle and work in a fast-growing and learning environment
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Strong presentation skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Possessing strong business acumen and an analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and attitude
