Job Title: UI/UX Design Intern with Web Design Interest
Job Description:
As a UI/UX Design Intern, you'll join our dynamic Product team and gain hands-on experience in creating user-centered digital experiences. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about product development cycles while contributing to real projects that impact our platform's growth.
We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic student or recent graduate with a keen interest in UI/UX design and web development. You'll work alongside experienced product managers, developers, and marketing professionals, learning how to create engaging designs that enhance user experience.
Key Learning Opportunities and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing wireframes and prototypes for new product features, learning how to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with our product vision.
2. Support user research initiatives and participate in usability testing sessions, gaining practical experience in gathering and applying user feedback.
3. Shadow and collaborate with our development team to understand how designs are implemented, learning about the technical constraints and possibilities in web development.
4. Help organize and maintain our design assets, including style guides and templates, while learning about brand consistency and design systems.
5. Participate in team meetings and workshops to learn about industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
You'll be fully integrated into our team's workflow, participating in goal-setting and progress reviews. This hands-on experience will give you valuable insights into how successful product teams operate.
This internship is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. Previous coursework or personal projects in design are appreciated but not required – we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn above all.
