About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Commercial Strategy team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and maximize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Director, Commercial Strategy to set up business target and monitor business performance by different key performance indexes.
• Prepare business ROI analysis across different KPIs in order to support markets to achieve sales and marketing goals.
• Manage all phases of report delivery, including design, evaluation and implementation by using data visualizing tools.
• Support timely and accurate reporting to senior management with business implications.
• Collaborate with Sales Management Team in revenue forecasts, ad hoc projects, presentations, business cases and market researches.
• Enhance current work processes, through creation, maintenance and continual shaping, after extensive understanding and evaluation of current situation.
• Conduct market and consumer analysis to identify business potential and market capacity, find out possible market and business opportunity and cooperate with teams to drive feasible business actions.
• Respond to ad hoc analytics and reporting requests
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Luxury/jewellery industry is preferred.
• Experience in consumer/ retail market data analysis and consumer data marketing is a plus.
• Business analytics experience and ability to drive data insights.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to details.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.
• Good verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
