Position Overview:
We are looking for an Event Operations Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing activities. This role involves identifying marketing opportunities, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring our events maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy: Identify key marketing moments and plan impactful marketing activities. Drive the execution of these events while continuously improving the operational processes.
• Market Monitoring: Keep a close watch on market trends, including market information, industry developments, competitor activities, and popular events. Launch influential activities that resonate with group leaders to maintain our competitive advantage.
• Innovation and Optimization: Continuously refine and innovate operational strategies and methods. Focus on tiered management of group leaders and scene penetration, proactively identifying growth opportunities to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; over 3 years of operational experience. Experience in event operations or e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Event Insight: Possess a solid understanding of event objectives and suitable activity types.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and logical reasoning abilities, with a track record of using data to drive initiatives, evaluate outcomes, and optimize processes.
• Web3 Familiarity: Familiarity with Web3 concepts is a plus.
