Cybersecurity Project Manager - Network Security Expert

About This Role

China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead our network security projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage entire project lifecycle, including site surveys, engineering budgeting, solution design, and construction organization design.
• Collaborate with business manager to ensure effective communication with clients.
• Coordinate with client, supervisors, and relevant departments to ensure project progress.
• Resolve complex engineering project issues to ensure timely completion and quality.
• Lead daily project management tasks, including construction progress and personnel management.
• Ensure timely project acceptance and settlement.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in network security, computer science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in network security project management.
• Ability to prepare medium to large-scale information security technical solutions.
• Experience in completing computer information system integration projects.
• Familiarity with network security tools, technologies, and mainstream products.
• Certifications such as Information System Project Management Professional or PMP preferred.
