Senior Frontend Developer / Junior (Hedge Fund)

We are hiring multiple Senior Frontend Developer / Junior who will be supporting our client's multi-strategy hedge fund operations. Looking for a strong Senior Frontend Developer / Junior who has experience building web applications from scratch.

As a Senior Frontend Developer / Junior, you will design, maintain, and enhance frontend systems and applications. As well as provide guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting best practices.

MUST:
• React.js , TypeScript and CSS

Looking for:
• Bachelors' or above in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years in developing web applications using a modern front-end stack such as React.js / Redux /Node.js.
• In-depth knowledge of React.js, including its lifecycle methods and hooks
• Extensive experience with Node.js / TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Background in creating complex distributed systems or building large-scale applications from the ground up.

PLUS if you have:
• Experience in finance and trading, especially in multi-strategy hedge funds, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in full-stack development, including server-side programming and RESTful API/GraphQL development.
• Experience integrating with financial systems, including the Bloomberg API.
• Background in agile methodologies, testing, CI/CD practices, and monitoring production errors and metrics.
• Proficient in working with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and platforms like AWS/GCP and CDNs
