Our Scandinavian roots inspire minimalist design, and we aim to reduce harm to the environment while making our customers feel great. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to enhance our e-commerce operations and facilitate efficient product movement from our factory to customers and back. This is a full-time position based in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities
• Oversee smooth daily operations and optimize inbound logistics, order fulfillment, purchase order placement, and returns handling.
• Manage customer service priorities and staffing in collaboration with Customer Service Leads.
• Act as the main point of contact with our 3PL, ensuring they meet our operational needs.
• Monitor carrier service performance and optimize service level and cost.
• Support billing reconciliation for 3PL/shipping costs.
• Manage content translation into various languages with external translators or team members.
Qualifications
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to follow processes effectively.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or operations is not required.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Experience Requirements
• No specific prior experience required; however, relevant experience in operations or e-commerce is a plus.
