Provide expert advisory to AISC customers on AI development and deployment strategies.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers to propose enhancements of AI offerings.
Explore, design, and develop new offerings tailored to the needs of the AI community, from initial design to deployment.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and technical sharing to promote AI-related services.
Responsible for the technical assessment of AI Subsidy Scheme applications.
Provide support for ad hoc tasks as required.
8+ year proven experience as an AI application specialist, AI specialist, pre-sales engineer or similar role.
Bachelor's degree or above in computer engineering, information and communication technology, AI and data science, software engineering or related fields.
Knowledge and understanding of the GPU infrastructure and architecture will be an advantage.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills to identify and recruit technical partners.
Ability to design educational and training programs tailored for the AI community.
Proven advisory capabilities to guide customers through AI development and deployment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and collect feedback.
Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee the design and launch of new offerings.
Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, customer needs, and effectiveness.
Experience in implementing AI solutions and machine learning models to innovate business operation and services for improving efficiency and delivery.
Understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, R and CUDA for building and implementing AI systems.
Experience in using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffee.
Good presentation skills, ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
