About the Role

This key position will contribute significantly to the formulation of AIA's digital and analytics strategies. Responsibilities include:
• Developing company-wide digital and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborating with senior management to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for digital innovation
• Designing and delivering compelling presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Performing business analysis and building capability heatmaps to provide insights on impacts, dependencies, overlaps, and opportunities
• Conducting research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends that can benefit the organization
• Building strong relationships with business groups across the enterprise and developing a detailed understanding of their challenges and opportunities
• Guiding local business units to analyze current maturity and define target states
• Designing effective operating models to implement strategies
• Ensuring visibility and collaboration between IT and business
• Promoting a business-first and purposeful mentality
• Working with enterprise and domain architects to technology-enable core capabilities and value streams
• Working on specific project assignments to deliver expected project objectives on time and budget
• Connecting with vendors to ensure they can support AIA Group effectively and efficiently

Minimum Job Requirements
• Experience in business strategy development and planning
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or 8 years of management consulting experience in the insurance or financial services sector
• Experience working internationally across geographies in Asia
• Understanding of organizational complexities and challenges to develop future-state models
• Adept at preparing presentation materials to communicate complex subjects clearly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and partner with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology and business software applications
• Experience handling budgets and capital investments
