Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of AI education initiatives for youth in the Greater Bay Area. This role involves conducting research, developing strategic plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the education sector and the Greater Bay Area landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze policy-related background and data regarding AI education projects for youth in the Greater Bay Area, and develop business expansion strategies.
Prepare, draft, and write event planning proposals.
Liaise and collaborate with science, technology, and innovation education-related organizations in the Greater Bay Area, responsible for expanding AI education business opportunities in the Greater Bay Area and maintaining a resource network.
Develop sales strategies to build brand awareness, positioning, and direction.
Prepare presentations, sales materials, and analysis reports, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Social Work/Culture/Business Administration or other related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications.
Two years or more of relevant project management experience, experience in government departments/universities/non-governmental organizations social services is preferred.
Possess good Chinese and English writing skills, interpersonal communication, and time management skills, able to maintain good communication and collaboration with various services within the organization and stakeholders from all sectors, and able to implement projects within tight deadlines.
Willing to travel to the Greater Bay Area occasionally.
