Blockchain Consultant/ Solution Architect

Responsibilities:
Be the key technical contact to assist with technical questions during the sales process including but not limited to business presentations, technical presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and tendering (i.e. RFI and RFP).
Provide technical knowledge of company's products and solutions to potential customers, respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, and supply the technical details of proposed solutions.
Act as liaison between company's international sales team and engineering and product groups and provide the engineering team with data-driven customer feedback to help identify potential new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
Be the technical lead with customers during the product development, deployment, and production phases.
Requirements:
5-10 years’ experience in global technical software presales for financial services and/or government customers.
Hands-on experience software development experience, experience in blockchain or Web3 technologies will be a big plus.
Knowledgeable about cloud and enterprise SaaS technologies.
Ability to engage customers at a developer level to understand technical needs.
Excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin verbal and written communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Successful track record working solving complex technical issues working with customers.
Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization.
Eager to learn and grow in a high-growth environment.
Preferably have the experience in RFI, RFP, open tender.
