Job Summary
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
• Answer questions about hotel facilities/services and room accommodations in a professional manner
Job Requirement
• University Degree/ Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in a sizeable hotel is preferrable
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
