As a Sales Executive, Key Account Management, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customer, in HK regional.
Job Requirements:
• 5-10 years sales experience (Prefer with MRO or Electronics, industrial elect components, englineering industry);
• Experience of Account Management and proven track record in Sales, preferably in a technical environment;
• Result driven, target-oriented, diligent with self-motivated;
• Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills;
• Commercial awareness with good analytical skills;
• Customer oriented and a good team player;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar with software tool like ERP system (CRM, SAP)
Job Responsibilities:
• Being a trusted partner to our customer and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Working closely with the Customer Service team, the Account Manager will strive to provide an excellent customer experience, anticipating needs and going above and beyond to address concerns
• With proactive sales strategies and strong negotiation skills, you'll expand our customer base to expand business in Hong Kong market for industrial electronics components sales (trading, engineering, university or gov project sector, etc).
• To make sure customer satisfaction, the Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless end to end order processing.
