About the Engagement:
A leading multinational insurance brokerage firm is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team, committed to delivering innovative insurance solutions and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs
• Prepare and present customized insurance proposals, negotiate terms and close transactions effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy implementation and ongoing service
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in insurance or a related field
• Proven experience in insurance sales is highly preferred
• IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach
Highly Desirable:
• Experience in managing large enterprise accounts.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and performance.
