Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple retail fitting out projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail fitting out projects.
• Strong knowledge of retail construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
