You will be working for a 298-room hotel, which is only a 3-minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station. We would like you to join us as one of our penta team members.

We are seeking a person who can support our Hotel in maximizing Hotel’s revenue.

Responsibilities:
E-Commerce & Communication Management

Develop and implement the hotel’s e-commerce strategy, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing.

Monitor website performance metrics and collaborate with sales on online promotional campaigns.

Update content on OTAs, coordinate promotions, and build relationships with travel agents and partners.

Implement communication plans to enhance brand visibility, manage social media, and create engaging content.

Maintain a content calendar, develop influencer partnerships, and analyze marketing performance.

Create sales materials to highlight hotel offerings and prepare strategic statements for emergencies.

Sales Support

Sell to new and existing customers, negotiating optimal rates and managing relationships with travel agents.

Conduct market research, entertain key accounts, and assist in developing new products.

Manage department expenditures, develop monthly forecasts, and maximize market share.

Submit monthly sales activity reports and perform other assigned duties.

Ready to join Penta:
if you have:
A degree holder in Hospitality Management or Marketing is preferred.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in digital marketing or online platforms.

It is not necessary to have hotel industry experience, but having it is a plus.

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong bilingual copywriting skills.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and social skills.

Good skills in Excel, social media and photography.
