Purpose of Position
• The Creative Department leads CASETiFY's brand and communications through exciting and fresh content and designs. Reporting to Creative Director at-Large & Senior Project Manager, this role will support project and timeline management of Design tasks for CoLabs, New Product Launches, evergreen requests, Seasonal/ Social marketing campaigns, Retail Launches. The role will also work with different departments to understand the project details, provide support, and ensure project launch success.

Job Description

Project Management
• Project and timeline management support global timezone
• Work with other teams to ensure Design team has all information/ assets required before kick starting projects
• Work with all functional teams and country teams to ensure creative assets will be shared before launch
• Work with Production team to ensure products are sampled on time for photoshoots, assets, and thus ready to launch
• Able to work well within a team while under pressure, with a flexible attitude
• Maintain an organised working structure and filing system
• Communicate and work closely with team members and provide alternative solutions
• Report to Creative Director at-Large & Senior Project Manager regularly on project status.
• Able to quickly spot issues and provide alternative solutions

Requirement
• 6+ years of relevant working experience, preferably experience in event planning or design agencies
• Experience using G Suite (Google sheets, slides etc.)
• Exposure in using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Producer experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Cantonese and English
• Incredible attention to detail
• Positive attitude, even under tight timelines
• Adaptable and flexible team player
• Strong project management skills
