CASETiFY is recruiting a talented Marketing Associate for our Thailand team who will report directly to the Marketing Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You will be able to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness.

Job Description
• Identify influencers that align with each campaign objective and make channel recommendation for each influencer (YT/IG/TT)
• Execute paid and free gifting influencer campaigns across all channels
• Manage influencer contracts by negotiating and managing deliverables, vendor registrations, handling contracts and payment, and address issues on legal and compliance if necessary
• Ensure the monthly influencer budget is aligned with the given budget
• Oversee the creation and execution of the influencers including content creations, posts
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, perform analysis on data to provide report and insights for related stakeholders
• Maintain relationships with influencers ensuring the ongoing collaboration opportunities
• Support in general influencer gifting to enhance brand exposure
• Liaise internally with different departments and external agencies to meet set business target
Requirement
• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or e-commerce for the Thailand market
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
• Fluency in Thai and English with excellent copywriting and visual communication skills
• Comfortable to work in an international environment
• Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands, and being part of a growing team
• Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
• Open-minded and able to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
