Junior Customer Support Specialist - Cantonese Speaking | Soundwill Plaza ll - Midtown, Causeway Bay

The Customer Support Team at GetGround is responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be our customer's first port of call and will help ensure that our customers get the help they need over email, chat, and phone.

What you will do:
• Manage a wide range of different customer queries through phone and email, providing communication that shows empathy, patience, and positivity
• Use your active listening skills to support customers to fully understand their needs and ensure that you are able to resolve any issue swiftly and effectively
• Think creatively about potential ways to deliver customer delight and ensure that every customer you speak with has a great experience with us
• Work with teams across the the business to share feedback about our product and internal processes

You should apply if you:
• Speak and write fluent Cantonese
• Are able to handle difficult situations with empathy and find positive resolutions
• Have some experience within the customer support space ideally
• Can multi-task and manage your time, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
• Are motivated to learn new concepts, try new processes, and contribute feedback on how we can improve
• Are willing to work on-site in our office in Hong Kong, 5 days per week
