Job Description:
As a Candidate Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for various job roles. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates interested in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly those with a background in Business or IT.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other online platforms to proactively search for potential candidates that match job requirements.
Outreach: Initiate contact with candidates through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary conversations with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and job preferences, and gauge their interest in current opportunities.
Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database, ensuring all candidate profiles are complete and accurately reflect their qualifications and job preferences.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand the specific needs of each role and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate with a degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn, job boards, and other online tools for candidate sourcing, as well as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting and database management.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in candidate records.
Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
