Job Duties
• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of fair-related projects and special events
• Provide onsite support for fair operations
• Coordinate closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet tight schedule
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Assist in report preparation and data analysis for management review
• Undertake onsite duties during trade show and public fairs
• Overtime may require during trade show and public fairs
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma / University graduate
• 1 year or above of working experience in sales administration, office clerical support, sales and marketing or event management
• Good command of Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people
• Flexible and a good team player
• Good customer service attitude and telephone manner
