VP, Business Analyst

It is a senior position with a leading investment group. Responsibilities: • Design and manage projects to cater the development for the \investment teams • Work as Business Analyst / Product Manager to drive projects from product initiation to go-live, developing the roadmap for trading desks • Communicate with business stakeholders and translate the requirements into technical terms for IT teams to cater • Foresee and escalate potential roadblocks and work with relevant teams to resolve • Conduct market research and benchmarking, to identify the best practices and trends the specific business domain. • Work with different teams for other BAU / Operational tasks Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science / Finance / Business related disciplines • 10+ years of working experience in leading investment projects • Good knowledge of different asset classes (Micro and Macro), database and system architecture • Excellent skills in requirement analysis and business documentation writing • Data and reporting skill in PowerBI/ Tableau/ Qlik is a bonus • Familiar with SDLC, Agile / Scrum methodology • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in both written/spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
