Cactus Custody, established in 2019, is a pioneering Asia-based digital asset custodian. We have earned the trust of over 300 asset managers, funds, exchanges, and Web 2 companies, solidifying our position as a global leader in the digital asset markets. With over USD 3 billion in assets under custody and a flawless zero-incident history since inception, our track record speaks for itself.
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our custody business.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the business development and sales effort within the responsible region, responsible for the follow-up industry understanding and market analysis to give advice on design and iteration of new innovative products and marketing.
• Develop reasonable and effective team incentive plans and bring sales team management experience to Cactus Custody.
• Expand customers and sales channels. Participate in new customer communication, contracts signing, organize new user training, maintain customer expectations, and prepare various documents including but not limited to sales decks, user scenario solutions, bidding documents, etc. .
• Prepare quarterly sales reports and analysis, understand custody industry and platform business, with high market sensitivity, be able to track and study the hot trending of the industry.
• Work closely with the marketing and PR team to help the brand enhance Cactus Custody's industry influence and brand awareness.
Job Requirements
• Relevant work experience in the blockchain industry or financial industry, Solid experience in a role focusing on client relationship management.
• Above 8 years of work experience, including 3-5 years of relevant experience in the crypto industry, with relevant knowledge on blockchain, cefi, defi, etc., and a deep understanding of one of these fields.
• Guide new/potential clients to the exciting crypto/meta world.
• Rich sales experience and resources in traditional financial institutions and strong communication and relationship building capabilities with banks, funds, family offices, etc.
• A track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarded clients and brand awareness.
• Ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
