Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Merchandising Department and Marketplace Platform to assist with product listing and management on multi e-commerce platforms.
• Cooperate with the Supply Chain Team for e-Commerce inventory management and implement the standard replenishment strategy.
• Prepare sales analysis and regular reports by generating data in different systems and platforms.
• Handle daily sales orders and delivery arrangements.
• Provide customer service support includes answering customer inquiries.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Business, e-Commerce, Information System or related disciplines are preferred
• Experience in retail operations / marketplace operation in HK and Asia (e.g. HKTVMall, Lazada, Amazon) and sound knowledge of e-Commerce operational platforms (Shopline, Shopify) will be an advantage
• Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work at least 3 days per week (Candidates who cannot work 3 days per week will not be considered)
