UX/UI Design Lead

At JobzMall Select, we are looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Design Lead, who can bring a new level of design excellence to our innovative team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of design quality and innovation.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in UX/UI design, along with an advanced degree in a related field. The candidate should have a portfolio of strong digital design projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of user interface design principles, information architecture, responsive web design, and software development best practices. A successful candidate should also have demonstrated experience leading, managing, and motivating design teams.The UX/UI Design Lead will need to be a confident and collaborative leader, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must possess a combination of creative vision, product design acumen, and a commitment to delivering high quality work on time and on budget. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design and eager to be part of a team that is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
Lead the UX/UI design team in the development and implementation of innovative user interface designs and solutions.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to create effective user experiences.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user interface design principles, information architecture, responsive web design, and software development best practices.
Create and deliver designs that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Utilize a portfolio of strong digital design projects to demonstrate a strong understanding of UX/UI design.
Manage, motivate, and inspire design teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitor products and industry trends.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the user experience and user interface design standards and guidelines.
Provide leadership and direction to the UX/UI design team in the development and implementation of innovative user interface designs and solutions.
Evaluate existing user interface designs and work with the design team to develop new solutions.
