As a Stewarding Agent 管事清潔員 in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

職責:
• 負責一般清潔，包括餐廳碗碟清洗、廚具保養等
• 正確操作洗碗機，包括開關、除垢、換水及添加化學品等
• 安全處理化學用品，並妥善存放
• 從洗碗機中裝卸餐具並妥善存放

入職要求:
• 能獨立或參與小組工作
• 工作勤奮積極
• 需輪班工作

Responsibilities:
• General dish washing duties
• Kitchen utensils and tableware cleaning
• Kitchen cleaning
• Operate dish-washing machine.

Requirements:
• Willing to work independently or in groups
• Flexible and willing to work hard
• Willing to work shift duties.
