12-months contract with high potential for extension
Our client is a telecommunications provider in Southeast Asia known for delivering high-quality broadband connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, and cybersecurity services to large corporate clients. They are seeking a highly experienced Account Director – Key Accounts to lead strategic account management and drive business development for major corporate clients. This role will involve building relationships with C-level executives, ensuring account growth, and leading high-level negotiations for contract renewals and expansions
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Account Management: Lead strategic account management for key corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term growth by maintaining a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customized solutions
• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company's footprint within existing accounts
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships
• Negotiations & Contracts: Lead high-level negotiations with clients, securing favorable contract renewals and terms, and managing any potential risks
• Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of services
• Revenue Forecasting & Operations: Oversee operational tasks such as billing, revenue forecasting, and coordinating resources for solution development to meet client demands
Background
• Minimum of 8 years of B2B experience in the telecommunications
• Proven track record in managing large corporate accounts and driving significant revenue growth
• Exposure to broadband connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, and cybersecurity services is essential
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with experience in guiding teams and managing complex client relationships
• Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly in closing high-value deals and managing large-scale contracts
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
• Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape and the ability to drive strategy and growth for key accounts
Additional Information
• Location: Based in Hong Kong, with the possibility of regional responsibilities across Southeast Asia
• Language: English is a must, Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
• Contract: 12 month contract with possibility of extension
