Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
