THE ROLE:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
Develop and implement effective media plans and strategies for clients
Handle the backend operation of platforms such as Google Ads, Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, including campaign setup and optimization
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. Identify and test new marketing channels and platforms to expand reach and drive performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
THE CANDIDATE:
Bachelor Degree or above
At least 1 year working experiences in digital marketing experience in growth marketing agency
Experience in Google Ad, Google Analytics, FB/Meta Ad
Familiar with growth marketing and driving user acquisition
A problem solver who can work around obstacles and is result oriented
Self-starter who can work independently in a timely manner
Communicate well in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Role
