Graphic Designer and Customer Services Officer

Job Description:
- Responsible for graphic design and multimedia design
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints,
- General administrative and clerical work
- Follow up on customer cases, liaise with customers,
- Proficient in using mid-journey, chat GPT and other tools.
- Perform temporary or Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Work Condition:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, working 5 days a week
