We are partnering with an entertainment subsidiary of a listed company as client to assist their hiring on a Senior Operations Manager role. Reporting to the Group Executive Director, this role will lead a team of 30+ to manage the operations, sales & marketing as well as P&L management for their playhouse business.
Responsibilities:
Full P&L responsibility for playhouse entertainment business.
Implement and monitor the business development strategies, performance targets, and operational activities of playhouses.
Adjust the business strategy according to periodic review on business plan, budget and market condition.
Manage sales & marketing division to stay on top of market trends and introduce new elements to drive growth of attendance and business performance
Oversee daily operation and ensure operations meet with compliance.
Review business performance on target achievement and relevant KPIs
Develop workforce planning in line with the business plan.
Ensure a good working environment within the playhouse, enhance operational efficiency and maintain customer satisfaction level.
Establish close relationships with internal stakeholders as well as third parties
Lead and development the team to attain profit target and company’s objectives.
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 5 years' working experience managing operation of playhouse with P&L management responsibilities
Proven track record leading a team of 10+
Maintain a high level of reliability in daily work
Business-minded with leadership and strong interpersonal skill
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
Regular weekend shifts and very occasional travelling to China maybe needed
