Your role:
• Acquire new partnership: Identify and establish collaborative strategic partnership to drive growth, enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives. Taking a holistic approach to identify business opportunities and deliver business development strategies for different target segments.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with partners, including regular communication, meetings, and collaboration. Identify opportunities to expand existing partnership through upselling, cross-selling or joint marketing activities. Proactively seek ways to deepen partner engagement and maximize the value of relationship.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with external and internal cross functional teams to execute partnership initiatives that’s aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging partnership opportunities. Provide insight and recommendations for innovative and strategic product development plans and identify potential area for collaboration and expansion.
• Achievements and Goals: Achieve team goals / KPI.
To succeed in this role:
• University degree Finance, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales or business development.
• Proven tracking record in managing partnerships that deliver results aligned to long-term strategic business goals, and ability to work on multi-function projects in a dynamic and competitive environment;
• Open to new ideas and agile in working; ability to drive/embrace change and transformation;
• Experience on selling POS/B2B/B2C systems will be an advantage
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel/Powerpoint
• Good analytical, organizational, communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Confident, outgoing and self-motivated
