Company Description
Our client is a multinational corporation specializing in energy management and automation solutions. They offer a wide range of products and digital solutions for residential and commercial buildings, infrastructure, and industries. Because of business needs, they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join and lead the team for key account management and business development.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth in smart energy solutions.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and foster professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the smart energy/ IoT sector.
• Analyze sales data to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on products, services, and sales techniques.
• Set sales targets for the team and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the energy or technology sector, software or digital solutions products.
• Experience with smart energy digital solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience in key account management and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Strong presentation skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with smart energy technologies and digital solutions.
