(Senior) IT Architect - Siemen Teamcenter/ PLM

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior IT Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Improving Business Processes: You’ll assess current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help implement these improvements to drive measurable results.
Gathering and Translating Requirements: You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document business and system requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications. Your work will ensure seamless integration of Siemens Teamcenter with other critical systems like ERP and MES.
Leading Projects: You’ll take ownership of projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time. By coordinating with engineering and IT teams, you’ll ensure smooth execution while establishing best practices for PLM data management and maintaining data integrity.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 8+ years of technical experience (including 5 years in business analysis and team management). Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter and its integrations is a must.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
A deep understanding of enterprise-level technology infrastructure and integration techniques.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with fluency in English and Putonghua (additional languages are a plus).
