Division : Product Centre

In this position, you will:
• Organize and carry out key projects in the field of intelligent computing (including but not limited to big data, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies).
• Responsible for optimizing AI frontier technologies, including but not limited to model fine-tuning, instruction fine-tuning, model optimization, unified management of large and small models, and cloud-native deployment of models. Proficient in knowledge enhancement and intelligent agents.
• Conduct research and technical breakthroughs in new technologies within the professional field, leading the team in technical innovation and application promotion.
• Continuously explore cutting-edge technologies and summarize and consolidate related achievements.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
• Education : Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, information technology, or related fields.
• Work Experience : At least 6 years of work experience, with over 3 years in AI or algorithm-related work and relevant implementation experience; or familiarity with data middle platforms.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MindSpore, with experience in multi-machine multi-card distributed training and model migration; or strong coding skills, familiar with tools and big data platforms like SQL, Python, Hive, Spark, Storm, ETL, Kettle, Hadoop, with relevant development experience.
• Familiar with mainstream AI task solutions, with experience in building and tuning multi-modal large models. Understanding of AGI technologies such as text-to-text, text-to-image, text-to-video, and able to integrate these technologies into product design; or mastery of data governance systems, with years of experience in metadata management, data quality management, data model design, and development.
• Proficient in at least 1-2 commercial or open-source large model technologies, proficient in language models, and familiar with visual models.
• Preferably participated as a leader or key member in major company-level or higher scientific research projects, with patents or related scientific research achievements in the professional field.

• candidate who has applied for Patents or published any Publications in Hong Kong or China is preferred.
