Location: Kowloon

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the service delivery, for example but not limit to repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC, ventilation and other building systems and ensure it fit the agreed scope and it is up to the agreed standard.

Contract Management
• As a contact point for City FM working team, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with partner's team to complete the PPM and ad hoc works.
• Immediate report the site situation to partner's team.
• Handle quotation, work arrangement and other adhoc duties assigned.

Technical Management
• Manage, guide and develop the team of technicians, providing technical and operational guidance to ensure their service & performance meet required standards.
• Ensure the technical team comply with company policies and procedures, legislation, regulations, standards and industry codes, and that audits are undertaken to check compliance.
• Allocate on site resources for different work order.
• Supervise the onsite works of City FM team in terms of safety and quality.
• Foster strong relationships with all partners to ensure the facilities are maintained safely and operate efficiently.
• Ensure facilities and systems are maintained in a safe and operationally efficient manner.
• Provide timely and helpful information to the team through monthly meetings in conjunction with the Regional Head.

Report and Analysis
• Tracking and analysing key performance metrics related to the contract and report to partner.
• Identify and address compliance incidents and complete comprehensive reporting within required timeframes.
• Work and interact with the compliance team to oversee the work undertaken by technicians to ensure it is compliant and meets safety standards.

Academic Requirements:
• Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university, with at least 8 years of supervisory experience in engineering services contract management , or
• Associate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines, with at least 5 years of post-qualification supervisory experience in engineering services contract management, or
• Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines, with at least 3 years of post-qualification supervisory experience in engineering services contract management.

Other Requirements:
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Experience in Electrical or MVAC is preferred.
• Maintain 24/7 availability on a rotational roster to provide telephone support and attend to critical situations as required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential.
